Head of Operations

• Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any related major
• At least 10 years of working experience in operations, plant/factory operations and  plantation management
• Strong technical expertise in end-to-end operations management,  with exposure in the sugar refinery industry
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking skills
• Highly motivated, loves challenges, and willing to be based in NTB
